Surgery hold emergency appointments for each day so I never have to wait when it is something urgent. When my children have been taken ill they have always managed to see there the same day, when it warrants, even if they have not become ill in time to book an emergency appointment. Surgery does alternative and complementary therapies as well as normal meds which I think is really positive. I never feel rushed. I always feel listened to. The only thing I would change is the repeat prescription system as it is outdated to need to go into surgery. The online system doesn't work (I've been set up on the system twice) for me and you cannot order for spouse. The surgery is clean and the premises are good.
